Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours to ensure the items are eligible for return based on our hygiene and quality standards.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the product in its original packaging along with the invoice and seal it securely for the pickup associate.

  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
