Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer customization or fall/pico services?
We offer complimentary fall and pico services upon request. For custom blouse stitching, please contact our support team immediately after placing your order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging, provided the silk mark tag and labels remain intact.
How should I care for my Banarasi silk saree?
We strictly recommend dry cleaning only. Store your saree in a cool, dry place wrapped in a muslin cloth to preserve the luster of the silk and zari.
